Sony Ericsson ships Xperia X8 at long last
Is procrastination the culture over at Sony Ericsson? It certainly sems like it, as the Xperia X8 has just started to ship globally, which is pretty disappointing since the time it was announced till today has seen so many other higher end Android phones hit the market, and that might just impact the X8’s potential sales figures negatively. The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 will come with a 600MHz processor alongside a 3.2-megapixel fixed focus camera, as well as Android 1.6. Yes, you read that right – Android 1.6 with the Android 2.1 update coming a wee bit later after Sony Ericsson’s X10 range.
