Nintendo Wii U GamePad Accessory Set Announced

Nintendo wants to push the sales of its Wii U gaming console even further. And to do that, it’s adding a cool and nifty GamePad Accessory Set for all Wii U owners out there. The GamePad Accessory Set will include a screen protector that will fit into the screen to avoid those nasty scratches and dirt. And Nintendo’s even including a cleaning cloth to wipe away the dust and other unwanted stuff. Unfortunately, the set does not include a cleanser. However, Nintendo managed to include an extra-large stylus that’s perfect touchscreen games.

Anyway, the GamePad Accessory Set is priced at $12.99 and will be available on February 4th. “To ensure that Wii U users get the most out of their GamePad controller, Nintendo will be offering a Wii U GamePad Accessory Set to help owners protect their screens. The set will be available at stores on Feb. 4 for a suggested retail price of $12.99 and includes a Wii U GamePad screen protector that fits over the screen to protect it from scratches and dirt, an extra-large stylus for comfortable touch-screen game play and a cleaning cloth,” Nintendo said.
