Electronic Arts has provided some new information about the next Battlefield Hardline open beta today, it has even posted some new screenshots of the game. The beta will be available to gamers on all platforms: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the Windows PC. Furthermore there will not be a cap on the maximum progression level and players will be able to try out different classes.

Battlefield Hardline has a cops vs robbers storyline with players being able to assume the role of both the police and criminals for a truly inclusive gameplay experience. The beta will offer access to two maps and modes. Hotwire is a combination of “all-out warfare with all-out speed” while the other mode called Conquest is “an oldie but goodie.”

The screenshots published today only provide a glimpse of the new maps, so far the maps haven’t been fully revealed, but the shots do give an idea of what to expect.

EA says that “to be frank, we want you to play this beta to death,” as this will be a major help to the developer in making the game stronger and allowing EA to look into ways with which it can ensure the “most stable launch you deserve.”

Battlefield Hardline will be released for the aforementioned platforms on March 17th. The release date for the next public beta hasn’t been announced yet.
