Other components have received an upgrade as well so it’s a much better gaming notebook now than its predecessor.

Gigabyte Aero 14 now features a Quad HD IPS display, up to 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD, up to 32GB DDR-2400 RAM as well as a 94.24 Wh large battery to further extend usage. All of this is packed inside a chassis that measures 19.9mm. One big selling point of this notebook is the Pascal-based NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card which makes the notebook ready for virtual reality use.

It can be hooked up to two external 4K 60Gz monitors over HDMI and Mini DisplayPort. The company has also improved the aesthetics of this notebook by offering it in three different colors with each color being finished with “Nano-Imprint Lithography” top cover to showcase the fine details and textures of its design.
