Google’s Daydream View VR headset only supports a handful of smartphones at this point in time but it’s only the beginning for this relatively new virtual reality platform. Google today announced that its first proper VR headset is available in limited edition Crimson and Snow colors starting today. It has also announced that seven new apps have been released for the Daydream VR.

The Daydream View headset can be purchased in limited edition Crimson and Snow colors from the Google Store in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia immediately. It’s coming soon to Best Buy in the U.S. as well as EE and Carphone Warehouse in the UK.

One of the seven new apps released for Daydream includes Lego BrickHeadz Builder VR which enables users to design their own LegoBrickHeadz characters. HBO Now and HBO Go have also been released for Daydream View so viewers will be able to watch every episode of the cable giant’s original series like Westworld and Game of Thrones on a virtual big screen.

Gunjack 2: End of Shift, NextVR, Layers of Fear: Solitude, Wands, and Overlord VR apps have also been released for Daydream View. Google has confirmed that the Netflix app and the Need for Speed No Limits VR game will be released for its headset just in time for the holidays later this month.
