Acer first showed off its Predator 21X gaming notebook in August last year. The company rightly claimed that it was the first laptop to feature a 21 inch curved display. If that wasn’t enough, the company somehow managed to cram two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPUs inside. At CES 2017, Acer is finally confirming pricing and availability for this notebook, which is absolutely bonkers and in a league of its own.

It goes without saying that Acer isn’t going to sell a lot of units of this product. The Predator 21X is meant to be more of a testament to what Acer can achieve and given its price tag, Acer is only going to make each Predator 21X notebook to order.

The Acer Predator 21X gaming notebook is powered by an overclockable 7th Generation Intel Core i7-7820HK processor paired with 64GB of DDR4-2400 RAM and up to four 512GB SSD drives in a RAID 0 configuration as well as a 7200 RPM hard drive with up to 2TB of storage.

Additional features include a 4.2 sound system, mechanical keyboard, Tobii eye-tracking, SD card slot, a numpad that can be flipped into a touchpad, and even a window that shows off one of the five cooling fans.

Pricing for the Acer Predator 21X gaming notebook starts at an eye-watering $8,999. It will be available for purchase starting next month.
