Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) For Verizon Leaked

We’ve been hearing for a few weeks now that a new mid-range Samsung handset is going to make its way to the United States in the near future. We’ve already seen enough evidence to support the theory that the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) is on its way. It wasn’t clear which carriers will offer this device in the country but it appears that Verizon is going to be one of them. According to a new leak today, the country’s largest mobile network is going to carry the Galaxy J7 (2017).

A render of the Galaxy J7 (2017) has been leaked online today which more or less confirms that this handset is going to be available from Verizon at some point in the near future. MVNO carrier TracFone is also reportedly going to carry this device under the brand name Galaxy J7 Sky Pro. A trademark for this brand name was filed just a couple of weeks ago.

Since this is going to be a mid-range device the specs won’t be anything to write home about. The Galaxy J7 (2017) is expected to feature a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display with 720p resolution, a Snapdragon 625 processor with 2GB RAM, an 8 megapixel rear and a 5 megapixel front camera.

Verizon is yet to confirm when this handset is going to arrive on its network and how much it’s going to cost. We should find that out in the near future.
