Henrik Fisker’s new electric car company, Fisker, has teased its first all-electric luxury car called the EMotion on multiple occasions. It’s going to be a new luxury all-electric car that’s going to rival the Teslas of the world. Fisker himself has confirmed that the Fisker EMotion all-electric car is going to be launched next year at the Consumer Electronics Show in January.

Fisker confirmed to TheStreet that the EMotion luxury electric car is going to be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show 2018 which will take place in Las Vegas in January 2018.

The company previously confirmed that the starting price for the EMotion is going to be $129,000. It promises 400 miles of range on a single charge and may eventually offer Level 4 autonomous driving functionality as well.

Even though the car will be properly unveiled early next year, it’s also known that people who put money down for this car won’t actually be able to get their hands on one until 2019. Fisker already started taking pre-orders for the EMotion earlier this year.

Fisker still has to reveal a lot more information about the underlying technology and it’s likely going to do that at its CES 2018 event. The company may also talk more about its production strategy for the EMotion at the event.
