Optoma PK-102 pico projector

Optoma, a name that gained more attention recently thanks to the release of their pico projector has upped the ante with the new PK-102 pico projector which will succeed the current PK-101. It will rely on DLP technology just like its predecessor, featuring a similar 480 x 320 resolution while throwing images up to 60″ in size. It goes better than the PK-101 with 4GB of internal storage space while being able to play back stored MP3 files using its integrated speaker. Apart from that, contrast ratio has been doubled to 2,000:1. You can also hook up iPod and iPhones to the PK-102 thanks to the bundled iPod adapter, while a standard RCA-to-minijack cable lets you hook up to other sources. The PK-102 is tipped to last up to 1.5 hours with its lithium ion battery, and will retail for $260.
