Delivery Robot takes no tips
Hmmm, we’re not sure whether people would ever do away with the human touch when it comes to the service line, which means the Delivery Robot might never find any form of employment. If the opposite happens, however, it would mean us customers and guests at hotels need to drop any more tips when our food arrives at the doorstep. The Delivery Robot will rely on a 2-wheel drive system, allowing it to move about at a maximum speed of 1.6m/s. Ultrasonic sensors help it navigate its path that is already mapped into its memory. This is now being positioned to function as an autonomous delivery cart for hospitals, although it might see use at homes and in the manufacturing sector sometime down the road.
