The DIY beer keg monitor might just come in handy then, where it is capable of letting you know the remaining amount of carbon dioxide within the canister, monitoring and regulating temperature as well. At the heart of the system is an Arduino mega, where analog temperature sensors will help monitor temperature while controlling the compressor for regulation. All relevant information is displayed on a graphic LCD display or a computer through XBee wireless communications.
