Panasonic wants to jump headlong into the full HD 3D experience with their latest release, the SC-ZT2 wireless home theater audio system. You get 7.1-channel sound from a couple of speakers, making this a mass market product that most probably will not go down well with audiophiles and purists. After all, simulated sound is never as good as the real thing, so you might want to err on the side of caution before expecting the whole world for $999.95 with the SC-ZT2. Each of these speakers will hold a quartet of tweeters and a long-stroke woofer that fires downwards, using the floor as an acoustical reflector which in turn enables it to produce dynamic bass sounds which are much more robust compared to other speakers its size.[Press Release]
