Wi-Fi AP receives antenna augmentation

While ordinary folk who want to look like Hollywood superstars are willing to go under the knife, along comes hardware modders who also perform “surgery” on their devices – case in point, this Wi-Fi access point (AP) that has received an antenna augmentation. Opening up Asus WL-330GE, said device could have a connector added easily, where the rather small couple of internal antennas were augmented through the use of an antenna connector from an older device which was subsequently soldered in place for superior signal strength once the “operation” is over, now how about that?
