Creative ZiiO tablet to get Android 2.2 Froyo udpate

Creative Technology has recently announced that their tablet device, the 7-inch ZiiO will be on the receiving end of the Android 2.2 Froyo update when March 25th rolls around later this week. It will be available from here, or you can also opt to retrieve the update from the ZiiO Space portal that is available on your tablet – all you 10 ZiiO owners. Of course, as for the 10-inch model, owners of that will have to be a little bit more patient since the Froyo update will arrive on that platform when April rolls around. This is a free update just in case you didn’t know, so if you find touts trying to sell you a Froyo update, make sure your alert antennas are up and firing on all cylinders!
