Amazon offering Prime subscribers $1 MP3 credit for no-rush shipping

Hey Amazon Prime subscribers, if you’re really in no rush to receive the goods that you’ve just ordered on Amazon, it seems that the company is now offering a promotion where if you were to opt for a slower shipping method, $1 would be credited to you for spending in Amazon’s MP3 store.

At the moment Amazon Prime subscribers enjoy a free 2-day shipping option for all of their purchases, so basically Amazon’s deal would have them opt for the 5-7 day shipping method instead. All Amazon Prime subscribers would have to do is select the “FREE No-Rush Shipping”, after which an email will be sent to them letting them know about the $1 credit.

Unfortunately this deal is only valid until the 31st of January 2012, so you guys have a little less than 3 months to enjoy this perk, although we’ll have to wondering how many orders you will need to place in those months to actually take full advantage of the $1 credit.
