Anyway for those who might have missed the news, back in Computex 2012 ASUS had a Transformer AiO prototype on show which featured an 18” display. It appeared to be your standard all-in-one desktop system but as expected from an ASUS Transformer device, you could actually unplug the monitor from the system which would then “transform” the device from a Windows 8 system to one running on Android! Pretty awesome right?
A GLBenchmark sighting of a P1801 (not the P1801-T) has revealed that the device is running on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with Tegra 3 graphics and a Cortex-A9 CPU. If that is the case then the version of Windows running on it, assuming it is dual-booting Android and Windows, would be Windows RT. However since nothing can be confirmed at this point in time, we won’t speculate too much for now although given the possibilities, we are hoping it could be true. What do you guys think?
