Google Chrome For Android Updated

chrome-androidI am quite sure that many of you find Chrome for Android to be one interesting app, where it comes with a nice little feature which makes it on par with the desktop version in some ways. I am referring to the translation bar that appears each time you visit a website that is displayed in a foreign language, where the entire page will then be machine translated to the best of Google’s ability into a language of your choice. This particular update in the Chrome for Android app will also see the introduction of a new bandwidth saving feature that is not too far removed from the Opera browser’s version, where images in a website will be compressed in order to facilitate a faster content loading time.

Tablet users will appreciate the fact that Chrome for Android will also now pave the way for navigation in full screen mode – pretty handy when you want to take advantage of all the viewing real estate on a tablet. It does seem that Chrome for Android is growing from strength to strength, but one sore point still remains – the browser has compatibility issues with older versions of Android.
