Forza Horizon 2 Gets Eight Free Cars At Launch

In just a couple of weeks one of the most highly anticipated titles for Xbox One is going to be released. Forza Horizon 2 will ship with over 200 cars that have been built from the ground up for the Xbox One. After its release Forza Horizon 2 will continue to receive new content through downloadable updates. To commemorate the launch a Launch Bonus Car Pack will be made available for all players free of charge, it brings eight cars.

Three never-seen-before vehicles in the Forza franchise are included in this launch day pack, the 2003 Ford Focus RS, the 1997 Land Rover Defender 90, and the 1993 Clio Williams. Others include 2015 Ford Mustang GT, 1987 Buick Regal GNX, 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 1968 Abarth 595 esseesse and the 1956 Ford F-100.

Apart from revealing the details about the Forza Horizon 2 Launch Bonus Car Pack details for the Forza Horizon 2 VIP membership and FH2 Car Pass were also announced today. The membership will be discounted for those who are already members of Forza Motorsport 5 VIP.

Regular Forza Horizon 2 VIP membership will cost $19.99 and it will provide players with access to certain content that will only be available to VIP members such as the VIP car pack that includes 2012 Lamborghini Urus, 2014 Tesla Model S, 1967 Ferrari 330 P4, 1949 Mercury Coupe, and the 2013 Donkervoort D8 GTO. Members also receive 2x player in-game reward acceleration, in-game games and invitations to exclusive multiplayer events.

The Forza Horizon 2 Car Pass costs $24.99 and will give players access to six monthly pack add-ons that will be released starting October. Each pack will contain five new cars. Car Pass owners will also get an exclusive bonus car for free, that’s the 2010 Noble M600.

Forza Horizon 2 will be released for the Xbox One on September 30th.
