GFX Bench has details on a 1,280 x 800 pixel display, where the tablet will be accompanied by the likes of 1.5GB RAM as well as 16GB of internal memory. Not only that, it will come equipped with a quad-core Cortex A53 and Adreno 306 setup, and if you were looking forward to Android 5.0 Lollipop, you would be disappointed, as it will arrive with Android 4.4.4 KitKat right out of the box.
Other than that, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 will arrive with a 3.15MP camera located at the back, allowing one to capture video in 720p resolution, while the front-facing camera packs a 1.2MP sensor. There will be no NFC support and mobile connectivity, although Snapdragon 410 does offer a similar 150Mbps LTE speed of its 32-bit predecessor just in case there is an LTE version down the road.
