Sony Xperia C5 Ultra’s Bezel-Free Display Confirmed In Manual

xperia c5 ultraFor a while now we have been hearing rumors that Sony is working on a new handset codenamed Lavender. Previously we had heard about the possibility of the handset being launched as the Xperia T4 Ultra, but now according to new rumors and a recently leaked manual, it seems that the handset will probably be known as the Xperia C5 Ultra.

The manual also seemingly confirms the fact that the upcoming handset will sport a bezel-free display, as you can see in the image above. This seems to be in line with the previous leaks and rumors and we have to admit that the phone looks pretty good. The fact that it sports a bezel-free display helps give it the illusion that its display is larger than it really is.

However other than confirming its bezel-free display, the manual does not tell us much about the phone in terms of specs. What it does show is some of external controls of the phone, such as its camera with LED flash, its dedicated camera button, a microSD card slot, a nano SIM card slot, and the volume rockers which can be used to trigger the camera’s zoom button.

As for its specs, we only have the rumors to work with for now. This includes a MediaTek MT6752 SoC, its 2GB of RAM, its 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 5.5-inch Full HD display. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully we will have the official details soon.
