As you can see in the image above, its e-paper display pretty much takes up the majority of the wristband itself. It will be able to display all kinds of information like the time, weather, date, notifications, and more. Also given that it is an e-paper display, it also means that it should use less power than a regular display.
In turn this should let you use the Wove Band for longer without charging. Unfortunately for now it seems that the Wove Band is not available for purchase yet. In fact it seems to exist more as a proof of concept for now, but its creators claim that come 2016 developer previews of its prototype will be released.
It is then expected to go on sale in the summer of 2016 if all goes well, but no word on how much it will cost just yet. No doubt this is an interesting concept but whether or not it will take with consumers remains to be seen, but is this something you might be interested in wearing?
