Fallout 4’s Season Pass Will Be Increasing In Price Tomorrow

fallout-4-dlc-release-1A couple of weeks ago, we reported that Fallout 4’s first DLC will be arriving next month. This is good news for gamers who have completed the game. However we also reported that in addition to the DLC’s release, the price of the game’s season pass will be going up, so for those who are hearing about this for the first time, here’s a reminder about it.

Fallout 4’s season pass was originally priced at $30. However come 1st of March, the season pass will be jump to $50 which is actually a rather significant leap. The upside is that this is part of Bethesda’s plan to include more content in the game, which is how they are justifying the price hike. The developer previously announced that they will introduce more than $60 worth of new Fallout content in the future, so we guess you would be getting a deal here.

However like we said, today is the last day before the price hike, so if you’d like to avoid paying $50 for the season pass, you still have time to get in on the original price of $30. Bethesda has stated that those who have already paid for the $30 season pass will not have to top up or pay extra as they have already been grandfathered into this plan, so if that’s you, you and your wallet can rest easy.
