New Gradient Colors For Huawei P20 Pro Due At IFA 2018

Huawei is reportedly going to launch new gradient color options for the P20 Pro at the IFA 2018 convention later this month. Huawei’s experiments with color for its flagship smartphones have been well received and it’s now being said that the company will continue down this path to make its devices more unique compared to the competition.

Android Authority reports that two new gradient color options will be unveiled for the Huawei P20 Pro during the IFA 2018 keynote of Huawei’s Richard Yu. The scribe claims to have seen images of the new colors and has verified their existence.

It adds that the first color option is “inspired by the night sky and the aurora borealis,” using a wider color gamut compared to the twilight P20 Pro gradient even though the two share some colors. It straight at black on the left and transitions towards turquoise at the right of the phone while retaining the purple and blue hues of the twilight P20 Pro.

The second color option is reportedly inspired by the sea and is predominantly white with hints of yellow and pink. The color is said to be similar to the rose gold P20 with a more understated gradient from white to pink.

The IFA 2018 convention takes place later this month in Berlin.
