Ninja To Broadcast Fortnite At Times Square On New Years Eve


Tyler Blevins a.k.a Ninja is without a doubt one of the most popular Fortnite stars and Twitch streamers on the planet. His popularity only continues to grow and he will now be hosting an unprecedented broadcast on New Years Eve. Ninja and his sponsor Red Bull will be broadcasting a New Years Eve live stream from Times Square in New York City. It will be a 12 hour broadcast in which Ninja will be playing Fortnite with guests as he rings in the new year for different time zones across the globe.

His popularity knows no bounds. His Twitch audience is a whopping 11 million strong and he has as many followers on Instagram in addition to almost 20 million subscribers on YouTube. Many of his Twitch followers are subscribers which means they pay at least $5 per month.

The event is going to run from 7PM ET to 7AM ET and it’s going to be streamed on Ninja’s personal Twitch channel. He will be playing Fortnite with some of his friends and popular guests.

“This is just my ultimate NYE Fortnite LAN party with some of my best friends and a few surprises that I hope we as a community can have a lot of fun with,” he said at TwitchCon where this broadcast was announced.
