battlefield_1_02If you are currently enjoying the Battlefield 1 beta, we should point out that you should probably try and squeeze in as much game time as possible because it looks like in a few days, the beta will be coming to an end. It was initially rumored that the beta could end on the 8th of September, this Thursday, and it looks like the rumors were true.

The official Battlefield Twitter account has recently tweeted that the beta will indeed be coming to an end this Thursday. “The war’s not over yet. The Battlefield 1 Open Beta will end on Thursday, September 8.” However the developers did not mention any specific time that the beta will end, so we guess gamers will just have to keep an eye out on any messages that would indicate the time.

The beta was launched on the 30th of August for Battlefield Insiders and was made available to everyone else on the 31st of August. This means that the beta has been running for a little over a week, and with the game’s launch set for the 21st of October, we guess it makes sense that EA wants to start wrapping things up in anticipation of the final launch. In any case like we said, you still have a couple of days left so if you want, you can still get in on the fun.
