Amazon MP3 for BlackBerry launched

RIM and Amazon.com have come together to roll out Amazon MP3 for BlackBerry smartphones, which means folks who tote around those candybar (mostly, anyways) smartphones will be able to access to Amazon’s catalog of over 14 million songs for their enjoyment on the go. Basically, Amazon MP3 for BlackBerry smartphones enables users to browse, preview, download, store, and inform their friends about their favorite music with but a touch of a fingertip. Among the key features include downloading music via Wi-Fi or over the air (OTA), browse through what’s new, deals, top songs, top albums, genres, and sub genres among others. Heck, you can also check out a 30-second sample of a track before making a purchase – after all, a penny saved is a penny earned, eh? You can pick up a beta version of Amazon MP3 for BlackBerry on BlackBerry App World in the Test Center if you’re interested.
