Audio-Technica BPHS1-XF4 communications headset to debut at Prolight+Sound

Audio-Technica has announced that they will be unveiling their latest communications headset, the BPHS1-XF4 at the Prolight+Sound event in Messe Frankfurt this week. The successor to the original BPHS1, the BPHS1-X4 has the same features of its predecessor and more. A professional-grade communications headset, it packs a 4-pin XLRF connector for use with intercom systems that can be replaced with a 2-pin XLR cable for use in broadcast situations. It also packs a dynamic cardioids microphone that is designed to isolate background noise and deliver high-quality vocal reproduction. The Audio-Technica BPHS1-XF4 will cost $259 (£159) when it goes on sale. For more details, head here.
