Addonics NAS 3.0 Adapter lets you run your own cloud network

Addonics NAS 3.0 Adapter

Tired of having to rely on third party solutions for cloud storage? Unsatisfied with their uptime, security or policies? Well, you don’t have to worry no more. The folks over at Addonics Technologies have just announced the third generation of their NAS adapter that allows you to build your own network and cloud storage with a capacity of up to 128 PetaBytes (1PB is about 1,000TB).

The NAS 3.0 Adapter turns any USB 2.0 hard drive, SSD or USB mass storage device into a Network Attached Storage appliance that can be shared over a local area network (LAN) or the internet, like your own private cloud storage. Using the built-in WebDav server in the adapter in conjunction with the WebDav client software, any data stored in the server can be accessed anywhere in the world through an internet connection. There are even apps available for such a purpose if you’d like to access your private cloud network from your iPhone or Android phone.

The NAS 3.0 Adapter is available now and costs only $65. Head over to the Addonics Technologies website for more details or to purchase it.
