Nap Age’s napkin paper iPhone cases are environmentally friendly

If going green is your thing, you might be interested in checking out this series of iPhone cases that are apparently made from napkin paper! This is achieved through a process known as decoupage, which is an art of decorating objects by gluing various items (in this case it was napkin paper) onto it in a combination of special paint effects, gold leaf, etc, with each layer being sealed by varnishes.

Given that it is made by napkin paper, we can’t really speak for its durability or its integrity, but if we had to guess, we’d have to say that there might be some form of plastic base used to provide its rigidity and strength, but we could be wrong. Either way, these iPhone cases are available in a variety of different colors and designs, with its seller even offering up custom made designs if you can’t find design to your liking.

If you’d like to check out the rest of Nap Page’s iPhone casings, pop on over to their Etsy page where you will also be able to pick one up for yourself at $19.90 per case, although custom made cases will cost you more. Apart from the iPhone, the cases are also available for the Blackberry as well.
