Could the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 be headed for Sprint? [Rumor]

It wasn’t too long ago that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was officially announced, although there was no word on which carriers it will be launched on in the US. So far it seems that T-Mobile could be getting their own Galaxy Note 2 and according to a post in the XDA Forums, it seems that Sprint could be getting the device as well. This was uncovered by an XDA forum member who was going through Samsung RDF’s and spotted an unannounced device, the Samsung SPH-L900. He then reached out to his “source” who confirmed that this was the Galaxy Note 2, and based on the model name it looks like it could be destined for Sprint’s network. Of course anyone can claim things on the internet, especially on forums but at the same time it’s not exactly a stretch of the imagination to think that Sprint might be interested in offering the device to their customers. In any case we’ll be taking this with a grain of salt for now, so check back with us in the future to see if this rumor pans out.
