BlackBerry Z10 Prices Slashed Already

The BlackBerry Z10 was supposed to herald a brand new dawn for the company known as BlackBerry (formerly known as Research In Motion) of Canada, and it seemed that the BlackBerry Z10 did pretty well back home, breaking sales records along the way, having sold 50% more units during the launch of its first BlackBerry 10 device compared to any other BlackBerry device that was ever released in Canada.

Thing is, over at the UK, initial sales figures proved to be encouraging, but it seems that proved to be a false dawn, as the excitement has definitely petered down when you consider that the BlackBerry Z10 has had its price slashed by several top U.K. retailers. Carphone Warehouse, who did offer the BlackBerry Z10 without having to fork out a single cent with a monthly two year plan of £36 per month, is now selling the handset for £29 alongside a £29 monthly data plan. In the long run, it would cost you £725 compared to £864 with the earlier plan. Vodafone, too, has offered a now £72 savings over the period of two years.
