Sony Developed 24, 32, And 36MP Full-Frame Sensors That Have Yet To Debut [Rumor]

For professional photographers looking for a new full-frame camera, word on the street is that Sony has a couple of new devices up their sleeves which have yet to be announced. Some of which are of the A-mount variety, and you might recall that rumors are suggesting that a full-frame NEX camera could be in the works as well. Well according to Sony Alpha Rumors, they have received a tip from their source who has informed them that Sony has developed three new full-frame sensors which could be making their debut in future Sony A-mount and E-mount cameras, although at this point in time they can’t tell which sensor will go in which model. Supposedly Sony has developed three new full-frame sensors of the 24, 32, and 36MP variety and they are pretty sure that the upcoming NEX full-frame camera will be using any one of these sensors. Since Sony has yet to make an announcement, take it with a grain of salt for now, but as previously reported, Sony’s full-frame NEX camera is rumored to be announced later this year, so you can be sure we’re definitely keeping an eye out for it!
