call-of-duty-ghosts-extinction

The release of Call of Duty: Ghosts is coming ever so closely as we’re nearly one week away from the game’s big release on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, although next-generation versions of the Ghosts are expected to also be released later this year. As such, we’re still learning more information regarding the game and its modes. One mode, called Extinction, seems to have been leaked through images posted online that looks to be filled with aliens.

Call of Duty: Ghosts’ Extinction mode looks to offer the same experience the franchise’s zombie mode has provided over the years as players look like they’ll be fighting waves of aliens for as long as players can hold out. The shots Imgur user smtkz leaked online show off load out screens that contain details of Extinction modes different classes and weapons, while other images include challenges, one of which involves killing a number of aliens before “the hive is destroyed.”

The leaked images of Extinction mode just comes hours after the Call of Duty Instagram account teased the mode in a video that shows the well-known Ghosts symbol, which then turns into an alien. So Extinction mode is definitely coming to Call of Duty: Ghosts, the only question that’s left to be answered is what it’ll offer to the franchise that Zombies hasn’t done already.
