Nexus 5 Pictures Leak Yet Again

This isn’t the first time we’re seeing a bunch of leaked Nexus 5 pictures, and it probably won’t be the last. Over the past week, we’ve seen leaked pictures and just yesterday, the Nexus 5 made a seven minute appearance in a video that was posted online. Still, Google hasn’t officially confirmed if the device we see here is officially the next generation Nexus smartphone, though consensus has already formed that it is. The latest batch of leaked pictures comes in from Russia. The device in these pictures appears to be similar to the ones that have previously leaked.

Recently a purported service manual of the Nexus 5 was leaked online, it leaked the entire spec list of this upcoming smartphone. Rumor has it that the Nexus 5 touts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor aided by 2GB of RAM, a 4.95 inch full HD display, NFC, inductive charging and a 2,300mAh battery. The Nexus 5 is expected to be available in 16GB and 32GB flavors, with the former apparently costing $299 off contract.

Recent rumors had pegged the Nexus 5 announcement on October 15th, but it seems unlikely that the event is going to take place tomorrow. As it stands, Google still hasn’t rolled out invites for an event, and the company probably won’t launch its next generation Nexus smartphone without at least giving it a proper launch event.
