ZTE Nubia X6 Set To Feature Optical Image Stabilization

nubia-x6-oisZTE’s upcoming flagship device, the Nubia X6 smartphone (sometimes, when the word “X6” is mentioned, I tend to think of BMW’s sweet, sweet ride) has been teased yet again, where the smartphone’s rear camera is touted to arrive with Optical Image Stabilization on board. OIS for short, it is starting to end up as one of those standard features found in some higher end smartphone models, never mind the fact that Samsung’s most recent Galaxy S5 lacks that.

Other than the OIS being integrated into the ZTE Nubia X6, it ought to be accompanied by either a 13MP or 16MP sensor. Nothing concrete has been laid down just yet, as the rumored hardware specifications for this device will include a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, either 2GB or 3GB RAM, and a Quad HD (1440 x 2560) display of approximately 6” thereabouts. The Nubia X6 is tipped to run on Android 4.4 KitKat as the mobile operating system of choice, alongside a new layer of user interface that was developed by ZTE. Apart from that, it will most probably arrive with a metal body to keep up with the Joneses. The big question is this, will the ZTE Nubia X6 experience a worldwide release instead of being confined to the borders of China alone?
