K-Touch happens to be a part of China’s snappily named Beijing Tianyu Communication Equipment Company Ltd., where it is touted to be the third largest mobile phone manufacturer in China with 700 R&D staff being trumpeted as one of its greatest strengths. Not only that, K-Touch has also formed partnerships with the leading domestic carriers in its home market, ranging from China Mobile to China Unicom and China Telecom.
As for Blu Products, this is a name that is familiar for those living in Latin America as well as select parts of the US, namely Florida as that is where the Blu Products headquarters lie. Not only that, the Sunshine State-based company has sold over 10 million mobile devices in 40 markets, ranging from feature phones to a slew of Android smartphones. It would be interesting to see what kind of Windows Phone devices the two can come up with in the future…
