Samsung Galaxy Alpha Marketing Document Leaked (Rumor)

alpha-leakRight now, it looks as though there is some sort of race which is going on between two unreleased handsets – the Samsung Galaxy Alpha and the iPhone 6, especially when it comes to the number of rumors that are being rolled out. Apparently, an alleged marketing document of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has been leaked out that claims to deliver the final hardware specifications, but there is plausible reason to believe that what was leaked is a fake, as you will find out right in the extended post.

The usual details have been prattled on long enough, including a 4.7” Super AMOLED display at 720 x 1,280 resolution, an octa-core Exynos processor or a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor depending on the variant, 2GB RAM, and a choice of either 32GB or 64GB of internal memory. There were also whispers of a heart rate monitor and a fingerprint scanner being thrown into the mix, with a recommended retail price of $1,055 after conversion thereabouts – in Brazil, touting a late August or early September release.

However, it seems that a closer inspection at the alleged leaked marketing document points to some mistakes that would surely place this in the trash bin – the resolution was listed at 1080 x 720, although some might attribute that to a typo. Apart from that, the document claims that there is “No MicroSD card”, which is different from not having a microSD memory card slot. What is your take on this?
