T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Receives Lollipop Update At Last

galaxy-note-3-review-33It looks like good things do, indeed, come to those who wait. If you are rocking to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with T-Mobile as the mobile carrier of the phablet, then you might be interested to know that this particular phablet has just received the Android 5.0 Lollipop update in order to keep up with the times. In other words, that once flagship phablet would now be able to deliver the Material Design that can be found in all Android 5.0 Lollipop-powered devices, Lock Screen notifications, a “Recent Apps” menu, a 64-bit ART compiler, and Project Volta, among others.

Oh yes, there will also be enhancements introduced to the update such as better Wi-Fi calling as well as ensuring that the email set up process runs just fine without any hiccups. Once you have performed the update, you would be able to know whether it was a success if the software version is listed down as N900TUVUFOB5.

Since this will be a rather hefty update, it would be advisable for you to remain hooked up to a Wi-Fi network right before you perform a download and installation process. Not only that, you might want to ensure that your battery is juiced up all the way to 50% before kicking off the updating process. Do bear in mind that an Over The Air (OTA) method is being employed here, so be patient until your turn arrives.
