Wireless headphones are great. Sometimes the cable on regular headphones can get caught on corners and edges and could potentially damage your headphones, not to mention it can get in the way when trying to put it away as well, which is a problem that wireless headphones solve.

Now if you’re after a new pair of wireless headphones, you might be interested to learn that Plantronics has recently taken the wraps off the BackBeat Sense wireless headphones, which you can see in the images above and below. This is a rather stylish affair so if your headphone’s aesthetics is just as important to you as its sound, then this could be the headphones for you.

The BackBeat Sense does not come cheap. It is priced at $179.99 but at the same time it does come packed with features other than its wireless capabilities. For example it has physical playback controls, an audio pass so you can listen to the outside world, the ability to pause/play music when you take the headphones on/off, and Bluetooth connectivity that lets you pair up to two devices at once.

According to Plantronics, they claim that its Bluetooth radio is so strong that it can stream music up to 100 feet away, and that its battery will last a good 18 hours on a single charge. Like we said despite its asking price, it certainly seems to packed full of features and if you’d like to get your hands on it, it will be available for purchase via Plantronics’ website or T-Mobile’s stores.
