BlackBerry Priv Listed On Dutch Sites

blackberry-privThe BlackBerry Priv is one upcoming smartphone that is sure to draw plenty of attention for the very simple reason that it will be the first BlackBerry device in the market that runs on the Android mobile operating system platform. Having sailed through the FCC (with flying colors, no less), it has also been made available for pre-order for $699 a pop for folks who happen to live in the following regions – the US, UK, and Canada. As for the rest of the world, it does look as though some patience is in order. Still, at least two Dutch websites (Student Mobile and GSMwijzer) have already listed it, which means those living in Europe should be able to get it soon, too.

In the listing on both websites, the asking price for the BlackBerry Priv stands at €799 each, which is a whole lot more expensive than what folks in the US would fork out for as that will be approximately $880 thereabouts when converted. There were other whispers on the ground that point to availability happening on week 48 of the year – which would be at the tail end of November. All in all, it simply takes patience before the unstoppable passage of time reveals everything to everyone.
