One of the biggest international pop stars the world has ever seen recently announced a new deal with Apple, Taylor Swift herself confirmed a few days back that her 1989 world tour documentary will be available for streaming exclusively via Apple Music. Today the documentary has gone live and can easily be streamed via Apple Music.

Jonas Akerlund has directed the documentary that follows Swift on the world tour for her insanely popular album 1989. The documentary also features performances by other pop icons including John Legend, Selena Gomez and others.

The documentary has been released merely a week after the world tour ended, it has been running since May this year, taking Swift across the globe where millions of fans were able to see her perform hit tracks from the record live.

Taylor Swift tweeted a couple of hours back that the 1989 world tour live documentary is now available for streaming via Apple Music, you’ll obviously need to subscribe to the service in order to stream it, and no doubt this deal between the pop star and Apple is going to prove beneficial for the nascent service.

It goes to show how the relationship between Swift and Apple has progressed since earlier this year when he published an open letter to the company criticizing its royalty policies, though it didn’t take long for that matter to get resolved.
