Apple Has Yet To Finalize iPhone 7 Design [Rumor]

iPhone6s-4Color-RedFish-PR-PRINTAt the moment it’s really anyone’s guess as to what the iPhone 7 will look like. So far apart from an alleged leaked internal component, the exterior design of the phone is still pretty much up in the air. However according to a report from 9to5Mac, it sounds like Apple has yet to decide on what kind of design they are going for.

The report claims that Apple has currently three different designs to choose from and that they have yet to make a final decision. One of those designs is said to sport a new thinner look, presumably without its headphone port. However Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac notes that Apple has another backup design that is said to look substantially like the iPhone 6s.

Now we have no issue with the iPhone 6s design, but Apple’s designs are always something to look forward to and if they were to end up creating something that isn’t too different from its predecessors, we have to admit that we would be pretty disappointed. Not to mention the iPhone 6s design is the same as the iPhone 6 design, so essentially Apple would just be improving upon a 2-year old look.

Take it with a grain of salt for now, but Gurman and the folks at 9to5Mac have been pretty spot on with their rumors and leaks so they could be onto something here, but either way we still have quite a long way to go before anything is officially announced, so try not to get your hopes up (or feel too disappointed) for now.
