In the past we have been treated to 3D renderings of the upcoming Google Pixel phone. These renderings were recreated based on information given to them, meaning that they weren’t official renderings but were supposed to be pretty close. Now if you’re looking for more renderings of the upcoming phones, you’re in luck.
In a collaboration between Steve Hemmerstoffer and Android Authority, they have managed to piece together a 3D 360-degree rendering of the Google Pixel phone. This phone in particular is codenamed “Sailfish” and is made by HTC. It is also rumored to be the smaller of the two Pixel phones that Google is said to be working on, with the other also made by HTC and codenamed “Marlin”.
From what we can tell in this rendering, it looks pretty much the same as the previous renderings that we have seen. It sports a very sleek and clean design with what appears to be a glass back panel, or at least half, in which the fingerprint sensor is placed. There also appears to be a pair of stereo speakers at the bottom of the phone, with one speaker placed on each side of the USB-C port.
Other than that, the rest of the phone’s design is pretty much similar to what we’ve seen before, but if you haven’t seen those, then we guess these renderings might be of interest to you. Last we heard, Google was planning on making these phones official on the 4th of October, so check back with us in the coming weeks for the details.
