Domino’s has embraced modern technology with open arms to provide its customers with a variety of ways to order pizzas. The company is now embracing bots on Facebook Messenger as it has enabled customers to order a pizza via Messenger. Domino’s Facebook Messenger bot allows for “conversational” ordering, which means that the bot is going to respond to your queries as it takes your order.

The bot will enable customers who have an existing Pizza Profile to reorder the pie they most recently ordered. Customers can configure the Easy Order option through an online account. Customers can start by clicking on the message button on the chain’s Facebook page or by searching for “Domino’s” in Messenger.

“Messenger allows customers to order conversationally with the help of Domino’s bot. We hope this new option will continue to make ordering as simple and as convenient as possible,” said Dennis Maloney, chief digital officer at Domino’s.

Domino’s already provides this service to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It’s finally opening this up for users in the United States. All customers need to do is use a pizza emoji to tell the bot that they need a pie. They will also be able to track their order within Messenger.
