Microsoft has been testing a handful of new features for Windows 10 and the latest we’ve come across is the new Windows 10 power slider which is going to make it very easy for users to adjust power options. They can use the slider to get the best possible performance or the best possible battery life from their machine. The power slider has been added to the main battery section of the taskbar in Windows 10.

This new Windows 10 feature will enable users to quickly adjust power options to improve battery life or performance. It’s going to significantly improve the power management feature in Windows 10.

Users have to dig into the old Control Panel interface right now to get access to the full range of adjustments available for power preferences. The slider will eliminate the need to do that and make it very easy to perform these adjustments.

This new feature is included in the new Windows 10 beta build that’s being tested by Windows Insiders. The build also includes a new ebook store which will let users purchase digital books and read them in the Edge browser.

The company has said that it’s going to bring more battery life improvements in the upcoming test builds of Windows 10. All of these new features will be released with the Windows 10 Creators Update that’s due in April this year.
