LG TONE Studio Wireless Wearable Launched Globally

LG today announced the launch of the TONE Studio wireless wearable. This product was first announced back at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 in January. LG has now launched it globally starting with the Middle East this week. The company has also confirmed that this product will be out in North American markets by the end of this month.

LG has confirmed today that the TONE Studio will be released in North American markets by the end of this month. Moreover, customers in Asia and Latin America will be able to pick it up in April while customers in Europe will have to wait until May.

The TONE Studio is LG’s latest around-the-neck headset design. It has four external speakers that deliver rich surround sound with two full range speakers placed below the wearer’s ears and two more underneath that vibrate against the wearer’s collarbone.

The company worked very closely with audio specialists at DTS to maximize the sound quality of this product. It even has a built-in Hi-Fi DAC which recreates audio content to deliver sound that’s close to the audio material.

Even though it has confirmed that the TONE Studio will be out in North America by the end of this month, the company is yet to confirm how much it’s going to cost.
