Samsung May Launch Galaxy Note FE In Other Markets Soon

The Galaxy Note FE is the refurbished variant of the Galaxy Note 7 that Samsung promised several months back. The company decided to offer this device in a bid to reduce the environmental fallout from the demise of last year’s flagship phablet. Samsung released the Galaxy Note FE in South Korea on July 7th. According to a new report, the handset may be made available in other markets soon.

It was initially reported that Samsung was only going to sell 400,000 units of the Galaxy Note FE in South Korea. The company has now confirmed that it’s not going to sell any additional units of the handset in the country.

Samsung never said that the Galaxy Note FE was just going to be limited to customers in South Korea. Back then, the company said that the handset will be released in a few markets even though it didn’t detail what those markets were going to be.

Previous reports suggest that the Galaxy Note FE might make its way to other emerging markets in the region. Galaxy Note 7 fans in the United States shouldn’t keep their fingers crossed for it, though, as Samsung has already confirmed that this handset won’t be released here.

Samsung is yet to confirm anything about the global launch of the Galaxy Note FE. If it’s planning one, we can be sure that it will reveal more about it in the near future.
