Google’s Blog Compass App Lets Users Manage Their Blogs On The Go

If managing your blog on the go is something you’re interested in, then you might be interested to learn that Google has launched an app called Blog Compass that has been designed to give bloggers a way to manage their blogs from their phones. This will be more than just an app to let users post, but will also give insights and also highlight topics that are trending.

According to Google’s description, “Blog compass is an app that helps bloggers manage their site and find topics to write about. Blog Compass suggests trending topics based on your interests and posting history. You can track site stats, approve comments, and read tips for how to make your blog more successful all in one place. The app is compatible with WordPress and Blogger.com blogs.”

So far initial reviews of the app appear to be largely positive and have managed to garner a rating of 4.2 stars out of 5. However it should be noted that for now, the app is only available in India. There is no mention as to whether or not Google will eventually make the app available to users in other regions, but we don’t see why not since bloggers do come from all over the world, so we’ll keep an eye out for it if and when it does.
