Razer Phone 2 Update Brings About Several Improvements

As much as companies try, it is usually hard to make a product perfect the first time it launches. Thankfully with our smartphones, software updates are a good way for companies to introduce improvements and changes, such is the case with the Razer Phone 2 that recently got an update.

In the update, it looks like Razer has introduced a bunch of improvements throughout the entire handset. According to Razer, the main improvements that they’ll be making will be to the phone’s camera. This includes improved color for richer and more vibrant shots. It will also include brightness for warmer tones and details, along with improvements to the HDR feature that will make it more consistent in its shot detection and processing.

The original Razer Phone, which was widely praised for its 120Hz display, a first for a smartphone, was also criticized for its less than stellar camera. Razer later made changes that improved on it, but suffice to say that not many would necessarily equate the Razer brand with good smartphone cameras.

The Razer Phone 2’s cameras do seem to be better, but like we said, things can always be improved upon. If you’re a Razer Phone 2 owner, then this might be an update to look forward to. The update will also fix some other bugs that users have been experiencing in general.
