Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Pricing Revealed

Recently Samsung had confirmed that later this month, pre-orders for its 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy S10 would be going up for pre-order. The carrier did not mention how much the handset would cost, although some did express some worry that the inclusion of 5G could drive up the price of the phone.

While that is true, the good news is that it doesn’t seem to have been increased by too much. According to Samsung (via SamMobile), the company has officially announced the pricing of the 5G Galaxy S10 where the base 256GB model will cost 1.39 million won (around $1,231), while the 512GB model will be priced at 1.55 million won, which is around $1.366 after conversion.

This still makes it more expensive than the regular Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+, but as we said, it is not by a crazy amount. It will still be expensive enough to give some customers pause, but not overly expensive where it would deter early adopters. The phone will be initially released in South Korea, but it is expected to eventually find its way stateside where Verizon will be one of the first carriers in the US to carry it.
